POLICIES

Like any other place of business, Tree Source, Inc. has established a basis of policies and procedures of which we firmly believe have remained the foundation for the success of our company. They ensure that you, our customer will always receive the highest standards of customer service. We look forward to serving you many years to come. A.	TERMS: All trees planted by Tree Source, Inc. shall be guaranteed for one year. Guarantee begins upon completion of installation.

B.	Tree Source, Inc. will not be responsible for underground utilities not located by Dig Tess locating services. Owners assume all responsibility. This includes any/and all irrigation and unmarked gas lines from meter to house. Therefore, all repairs will be incurred at owners expense.

Owner will assume any/and all additional costs for removal of fences, walls, sprinklers, gals lines, or any other obstructions, which limit accessibility where trees are to be planted. All prices are based on the assumption that rock WILL NOT be encountered. If rock is encountered, an extra charge will be added for cost of additional tools and labor.

D.	Guarantee will not apply where tree dies because of fire, freezes, storms, drought, hail damage, theft, hit by a vehicle or damage because of weed eater.

E.	At first sign of a problem, Tree Source, Inc. would like to be notified in order to have an opportunity for assessment and correction of a problem.

F.	Warranty will be voided if dirt and/or plants are placed on top of the root ball during the first year.

TREE REPLACEMENTS: Any tree eligible for replacement shall be removed and replaced with that same size and type as soon as season permits. First replacement will be at no cost, second replacement will cost the owner half the price of the tree. The owner will incur any additional charges such as fence removal, utility access, or crane fees.

H.	There is NO warranty on trees not installed by Tree Source, Inc. This includes trees picked up by customer, or trees delivered to agreed upon site between Tree Source, Inc. and customer.
